Bottled at 97.6% proof, B02 uses 3 Indiana Straight Bourbon whiskies of varying mash bills. Sweet and smooth with dense aromatics, it offers a beautifully balanced expression.  Nosing reveals orange zest and hints of caramel. The creamy mouth feel offers citrus and spicy oak notes with a complex finish of dried fruits and spice.  Very approachable by the novice, yet nuanced for the experienced Bourbon drinker.
